SRI is a nonprofit 501(c)3 agency organized to develop, maintain, and enhance academic, mental health, and vocational solutions for children, youth, and their families.

SRI's Kamp Kessa is made possible through contributions and the efforts of all the Kessaner staff, mentors and volunteers.

  Kamp Kessa's executive directors are Thecla Helmbrecht Howard, Ed.D. (Dr. T.) and Anthony H. Howard, M.S. (Mr. H.).

Kamp Kessa is located in Kentucky 8 miles off interstate 64 between Shelbyville (the Saddlebred Capital of the World) and Lexington (the Thoroughbred Capital of the World).
